Sand & Hand |
I tried to make believe it was snow...for about a second |
|
Smile |
Cute. |
|
Sand angel |
Again, I tried to pretend the sand was snow. You can take the girl out of the country... |
|
Landscape at Henderson Park |
I was just happy there weren't any alligator signs |
|
Alligator warnings |
Ok, are alligators gentle creatures? There were no pamplets on what to do in case of an alligator attack, just these stupid signs. And let me tell you, the paths looked way too easy for a gator to just appear out of no where. |
|
Crazy duck |
Obviously, this duck seems to think gators are sweet and mild; I don't know what I was worried about. |
|
Sneaky |
Everytime Renee and I would look away and start talking amongst ourselves, this gator would creep closer. Then when we'd stare at him (or her like I can tell) he'd scoot over in the swamp grass and pretend that we couldn't see him, sinking deeper into the water..."I'm a log, you can't see me you stupid snack crackers"...yeah whatever. |
|
Sink hole Waterfall |
Regular sink holes (not this huge waterfall one) look almost like Wisconsin Kettles |
|
The Gulf |
I must go down to the seas again to the lonely sea and sky... |
|
More Gulf |
...and all I ask is a tall ship and a star to steer her by... |
|
Walking along the beach |
This was so kewl. Parts of the beach actually felt all squishy like that green stuff florist sometimes use to stick flower arrangements in (you know what I'm talking about right, because I don't know what that green stuff is called). And the water was like a epson salt bath swirling around your feet. I could of walked along the beach all day. |

Another Tree |
Like you didn't see this one coming. |
